If you're not satisfied with your VA after mediation and coaching, we’ll provide a replacement at no extra cost and without any finder’s fee.
When do I finalize my commitment to my VA?
You'll finalize your commitment to your VA after the interview and vetting process. However, if at any point you're not satisfied, we can help facilitate a change or replacement to ensure a better match.
Is there a follow-up procedure?
We will check in with you one week after your VA begins their role and again after one month. From there, we’ll continue with regular monthly follow-ups to ensure everything is running smoothly. We also stay in touch with our VAs for the same reason.
